Ways for improving management of marketing activities of agricultural enterprises
The purpose of the article is to substantiate a need to develop ways for improving management of marketing activities of agricultural enterprises. Research methods. In the research process the following methods were used: induction and deduction (for considering theoretical bases for management of marketing activity of agricultural enterprises); abstract and logical (for identifying the most important concepts and justifying the conclusions); logical (for determining meaningful sequence of a process). Research results. Substantiation of necessity of development of ways for improving management of marketing activity of agrarian enterprises was given. The ways for improving marketing management of the latter were systematized and described. One of the three most relevant areas of marketing strategy for agrarian enterprises of Ukraine was offered. Elements of scientific novelty. The main ways to improve management of marketing activities of agricultural enterprises include: the creation of a full-fledged and effective marketing department; development and implementation of marketing strategy of agricultural enterprises. It has been proved that there is an urgent need to create organizational marketing structures able to provide the collection and analysis of information and conducting marketing research. Practical significance. Theoretical provisions on ways to improve management of marketing activities of agricultural enterprises were further developed. It has been established that one of the most successful ways for organizing sales and supply in agrarian enterprises is a functional type of supply and sale organization. Refs.: 11
