Ekonomika APK is an open access journal. All published materials are available to readers free of charge and without the need to register or subscribe. The journal does not impose an embargo period: full-text articles become openly accessible immediately upon publication.

Neither readers nor their institutions are charged for access to the journal’s content. No additional fee is charged for providing open access to published articles.

Access rights

Users have permanent and free access to the full texts of published articles. Journal materials may be read, downloaded, copied, printed, distributed, indexed, searched, processed by software, and used for other lawful scholarly, educational, or practical purposes in accordance with the terms of the applicable licence.

The full texts of articles are available in the “Archive” section of the journal’s official website.

Licence and user rights

Articles published in the journal are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0).

The CC BY 4.0 licence allows third parties to:

• copy and distribute the material in any medium or format;
• create extracts, reviews, translations, and other derivative materials;
• modify, adapt, and rework the published material;
• use the material for scholarly, educational, practical, and commercial purposes.

Such use is permitted provided that the user:

• gives appropriate credit to the author or authors;
• states the title of the article and the name of the journal;
• provides a link to the official version of the publication, including through its DOI;
• states that the material is distributed under the CC BY 4.0 licence and provides a link to the licence terms;
• clearly indicates whether the material has been modified, translated, abridged, or otherwise adapted;
• does not imply that the authors, editorial team, or publisher endorse or approve the particular use of the material.

The licence applies to the text of the article and to other materials for which the authors hold copyright, unless otherwise stated in the publication. Third-party materials, including photographs, maps, figures, or extracts from other works, may be subject to separate terms of use.

Copyright

Authors retain copyright in their works.

By submitting an article to the journal and agreeing to its publication, the authors grant Ekonomika APK the non-exclusive right of first publication and the right to distribute, archive, and make the article available in print and electronic formats.

Authors have the right to:

• deposit the published version of the article in institutional and subject repositories;
• publish it on their personal websites and scholarly platforms;
• use the material in subsequent scholarly works, theses and dissertations, educational publications, and presentations;
• distribute and reuse the article in accordance with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 licence.

When reposting or reusing the article, authors must provide a bibliographic reference to its original publication in Ekonomika APK and include the relevant DOI.

Compliance with open access principles

The journal’s policy is consistent with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative, under which the results of scholarly research should be freely available on the Internet without financial, legal, or technical barriers, except for those necessary to ensure proper attribution of authorship and preserve the integrity of the scholarly work.
