Current state and development trends of the agrarian labour market
The purpose of the article is to study and analyse the current state and trends of the agrarian labour market in Ukraine. Research methods. In order to differentiate the approach to regulation, a typological grouping of Ukrainian regions was conducted on the following indicators: unemployment rate, level of employed population, purchasing power of wages, share of a region in the total volume of agricultural production. To implement typological grouping, was used a method of multidimensional data classification, namely the cluster analysis, which allowed Ukrainian regions to be grouped together in a similar structure determined by indicators of the labour market. Research results. The article analyses the current state and trends of the agrarian labour market in Ukraine. The dynamics of development of the rural labour market was analysed. Particular attention was paid to a problem of economic activity and employment of the rural population, number of unemployed in the countryside, and unemployment level. Elements of scientific novelty. The analysis of tendencies of the agrarian labour market development in Ukraine was conducted, and according to the results of cauterization of 24 regions of Ukraine, five typological clusters were identified and verified according to different indicators. Practical significance. In order to regulate the problems covered in the article, it is necessary to apply measures to receive wage subsidies for workers, whose jobs have been under threat of liquidation, preferential loans for housing construction for professionals, development of residential mortgages, increase of expenses for vocational guidance and professional training of unemployed, profiling rural unemployed.
