Challenges of agricultural land use considering a factor of the land market formation
The purpose of the article is to analyze problems of establishing the land market at the present stage and determine main preconditions for its formation and development. Research methods. In the research process were used the following scientific methods: abstract and logical (for systemizing available theoretical material); dialectical method of cognition and systematic approach (for study of scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the research on formation and development of the agricultural land market, as well as use of practical experience in order to form theoretical and methodological foundations of the study); comparison (for evaluating obtained indicators). There were also used statistical data and methodical approaches to analysis of problems of the land market formation at the present stage and basic preconditions for its formation and development. Research results. The article focuses on formation of the agricultural land market, its main tasks and functions. Foreign experience of regulating land circulation in foreign countries was analyzed. It was noted that an absence of the land market in Ukraine leads to negative consequences of land resource use. There was determined that realization of the land market occur due to a lease and at this stage there is a phenomenon of growth of long-term lease, which can be considered as a positive trend, since it means development of this component of the land market in general. Elements of scientific novelty. As the land market in Ukraine is at formation stage, in the article were identified certain aspects of patterns of the land market in foreign countries, which would be appropriate to use for creation of the land market model of Ukraine. The main tasks as a precondition for formation of the agricultural land market were specified. Practical significance. The research results can be used in process of further scientific study of an important problem, namely formation and development of the land market in Ukraine on basis of models of the agricultural land market in developed countries of Europe.
