Market turnover of agricultural land in Israel
The purpose of the article is to reveal peculiarities of functioning of the market turnover model of property and use rights for agricultural land in Israel and to determine regulatory instruments that can be implemented in domestic practice. Research methods. In the research process were used the following scientific methods: monographic for analysis of evolution of land relations in agriculture of Israel; empirical for assessing current status of turnover regulation of property and use rights on agricultural land; comparative analysis for disclosing problems and goals for regulation of land relations in Israel; abstract-logical for theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions. Research results. The results of scientific research on functioning of market circulation of property and use rights for agricultural land in Israel were presented. Conceptual foundations of state regulatory policy in the field of land relations were revealed. Elements of scientific novelty. Theoretical positions and applied principles for regulation of land relations in agriculture, based on the experience of Israel, were further developed Practical significance. Regulation peculiarities of market and economic circulation of agricultural land rights in Israel were revealed.
