Information provision in advisory using modern innovative Internet technologies

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the feasibility of a binary system of agricultural advisory, which is represented by the structure of classical advisory services, as well as leading agrarian universities and scientific institutions using a technological web platform of electronic advisory. Research methods. In the research process were used statistical analysis methods to justify the usage of a binary advisory system. Research results. The agrarian segment of information space of official information sources is analysed. Directions for advisory development with the usage of modern information technologies were offered. Advantages of implementing electronic advisory system for different categories of users were highlighted. There was estimated a potential customer base of the e-advisory system, consisting of self-cultivating households, farms and agricultural enterprises with an area of land use up to 1000 hectares. Elements of scientific novelty. Scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the proposed interactive information platform for rural area information provision with an adaptation structure to effectively engage the existing advisory system. Practical significance. The article is of considerable interest in terms of a concept of building a dual advisory system, determining volume of its financing and assessing prospects of its practical impact on the state of small- and medium-sized agricultural businesses.
