Productivity and competitiveness management in agrarian enterprises in the context of socio-economic development goals
The purpose of the article is to generalize and develop theoretical and methodological principles of formation of socioeconomic goals of society in the management of productivity and competitiveness, and also identify the main factors of their influence on the economic, social, demographic goals of social development. Research methodology. In the research process have been used the following scientific methods: abstract and logical, dialectical, system analysis and harmonization of processes (theoretical and methodological coordination). Research results. The results of the research substantiate the conclusion that productivity and competitiveness as integrated interrelated economic categories, which involve the process of interaction and harmonization of such institutional factors as: investment, innovation, quality of human capital, which act as subjects of the economic system of growth and welfare of the population. There has been given an assessment of the state of socio-economic goals of the agrarian economy and the country as a whole in the international rating in order to ensure the development of agricultural production and rural areas of the state. Elements of scientific novelty. There has been revealed the theoretical and methodological system approach to formation of the society's goals for increasing the productivity and competitiveness of agrarian enterprises on the basis of conceptual-analytical models, indicators and economic growth of production and welfare of the population. There has been proposed a definition of the classification essence of types of productivity. The practical significance.
