Express diagnosis of internal social efficiency of agricultural enterprises: methodical provision
The purpose of the article is to define an indicator for internal social efficiency of agricultural enterprises and to present author's method for express diagnosis of internal social effectiveness. Research methods. In the research process the following scientific methods have been used: analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization, abstract and logical method, in particular methods of induction and deduction for refinement of the research categorical-conceptual apparatus, modelling for determining criteria for diagnosis and their interaction. The main hypothesis of the research is that internal social efficiency includes five parameters included in the outlined evaluation model. Research results. Two components of social efficiency of agricultural production have been allocated. External social performance is a qualitative characteristic of production process, reflecting a satisfaction level of social needs in some product or service. Internal social efficiency is a qualitative characteristic of production, which characterizes a satisfaction level in production process of subject’s needs directly involved in the process. Internal social efficiency includes five main categories: “Management of labour resources”, “Relationships in the team”, “Professional and personal development”, “Material incentives and social security”, “Working conditions”. Elements of scientific novelty. It is presented the author's method of express diagnostics (MAISE©) of agricultural enterprises activity, which is based on the most objective and significant parameters, allows to give a quantitative estimation of internal social efficiency. The aforementioned technique is protected by “Certificate of registration of copyright to work”. Practical significance. The express diagnosis of internal social efficiency on basis of MAISE© allows agricultural enterprises to get the most complete and objective characterization of their own internal social efficiency on basis of complex analysis, to identify the strengths and weaknesses of social and personnel policies, as well as prior directions for its improvement aimed at the most effective use of personnel potential of enterprise.
