Організаційно-економічна адаптація малих аграрних підприємств до інституційних змін в умовах воєнного часу
Розвиток малих аграрних підприємств різних організаційно-правових форм, зміцнення їхнього потенціалу та створення ефективної інфраструктури агробізнесу стає надзвичайно важливим у процесі зміни інституційного середовища. У зв’язку із цим, дослідження було спрямоване на обґрунтування організаційно-економічних засад забезпечення адаптації малих аграрних підприємств до інституційних змін, які обумовлені, зокрема й умовами воєнного часу. Для досягнення цієї мети використано методи аналізу та синтезу, порівняння, експертних оцінок, абстрактно-логічний. У дослідженні визначено місце різних організаційно-правових форм малих аграрних підприємств у результативності діяльності суб’єктів малого аграрного підприємництва в Україні за часткою у площі та кількості суб’єктів. Здійснено аналіз динамічних змін дохідності, прибутковості та рентабельності малих аграрних підприємств різних форм здійснення господарської діяльності. Обґрунтовано важливість розвитку малих аграрних підприємств різних форм здійснення господарської діяльності для забезпечення стабільності сільського господарства. Дослідження діяльності малих аграрних підприємств методом експертних оцінок дало підстави визначити проблемні тенденції та шляхи адаптації до інституційних змін в умовах воєнного часу. Окреслено матрицю забезпечення організаційно-економічної адаптації малих аграрних підприємств до інституційних змін, доведено доцільність її практичного застосування на підприємствах аграрного сектора. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані керівниками малих аграрних підприємств, органами державної влади та місцевого самоврядування при формуванні та реалізації програм щодо усунення кризових явищ в аграрній галузі
