Оцінка ризиків та перспектив зайнятості й доходів сільського населення України
Зайнятість, сукупні ресурси домогосподарств, зокрема доходи і витрати сільського населення у будь-якій країні є прямим віддзеркаленням добробуту і вагомим критерієм соціально-економічного розвитку. Мета статті – виокремити ризики, здійснити порівняння та визначити перспективи зайнятості й доходів сільського населення України. Методологічною основою дослідження є системний підхід. В аналітичних дослідженнях застосовано порівняльний аналіз, графічний метод, трендовий, індексний, кореляційнорегресійний аналізи. Проаналізовано сучасні умови та визначено тенденції зайнятості сільського населення в Україні та рівня його доходів за 1991-2021 рр. З’ясовано, що за останні 30 років соціально-економічна криза на селі продовжує посилюватися, що проявляється в скороченні рівня зайнятості, посиленні безробіття, зростання бідності. Ідентифіковано та систематизовано основні зовнішні та внутрішні чинники впливу на доходи сільського населення. Визначено, що основний вплив здійснюють економічні чинники. З урахуванням Плану відновлення України та інших показників прогнозовано рівень зайнятості, зарплат та доходів сільського населення. Доведено, що забезпечення зайнятості та подолання бідності повинно базуватися на диверсифікації сільськогосподарського виробництва та за межами аграрної діяльності. Основні положення і висновки, викладені у статті, можуть бути використані в процесі обґрунтування та прийняття управлінських рішень державними органами управління при розробленні та реалізації дієвої довгострокової державної політики у сфері зайнятості сільського населення України, оптимізації підходів до розробки програм підвищення доходів сільського населення
