Prospects for the use of electricity saving systems by rural households and agricultural business
The purpose of the article is to analysis of the effectiveness of existing methods of electricity storage to improve the welfare of rural households and the efficiency of agribusiness.
Research methods. As a methodic of research the reduced cost of stored electricity (LCOS) was used based on the discount cost of purchasing and storing a unit of electricity throughout the life of the equipment.
Research results. The main factor determining the efficiency of storage systems was the number of recharges, which together with the current night tariff allows to bring the cost of stored energy closer to the daily grid cost.
Scientific novelty. To minimize the economic, informational and moral risks from the instability of the electricity supply, it is proposed to use power storage system.
Practical significance. Installation of own capacities of renewable energy in addition to energy saving systems will significantly increase the efficiency and standard of living of the rural population.
