Forecasting the competitiveness of the agricultural enterprises development in the system of formation their competitive strategies
The purpose of the article is to develop forecasting and analytical tools and to forecast the competitive development of enterprises in the agricultural sector of the Kherson region for the production of cereals and legumes. Research methods. During the study, the following methods were used: statistical method (for determining the volume of grain and leguminous crops), correlation and regression analysis (to identify the influence of factors on the profitability of enterprises); forecasting (for determining gross harvests of grain production for the future), abstract-logical (for formulating conclusions). Research results. The dynamics of the gross production of grain and leguminous crops in agricultural enterprises of the Kherson region for 2010-2020 has been analyzed. The actual problems of the region grain sub-complex are determined. A forecasting and analytical toolkit has been developed, with the help of which a scientifically substantiated forecast of the production agricultural enterprises activity until 2025 has been made. The influence of the key factors in the agricultural production growth is considered, among which the harvested area of cereals, their yields, costs of seeds, fertilizers, petroleum products, wages and the selling price are highlighted. It was found that there is a close dependence of the competitiveness of the enterprise on the yield and production costs. Scientific novelty. To analyze, assess and predict the development of production potential and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, it is proposed to use a multifactor model, which allows determining the reserves for increasing the profitability of enterprises, taking into account the influence of each factor that forms its level. Practical significance. The implementation of the research results will ensure the formation of effective enterprises competitive strategies for the production of grain and leguminous crops and increase their competitiveness and the crop industry in general.
