Institutional factors in the development of labour productivity in agricultural entrepreneurship
The purpose of the article is to assess the state of development of labour productivity of agricultural entrepreneurship based on institutional factors of its formation. Research methods. General scientific and economical methods of analysis of works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on labour productivity, analytical and statistical tools and data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, other sources are used. Dialectical and logical methods of scientific cognition, a systematic approach to the study of processes and several techniques of abstractlogical tools were used, which allowed forming intermediate and conclusions. Research results. The essence of economic categorization of labour productivity as a process of purposeful production activity based on social partnership and the influence of institutional factors on meeting the needs of employees and entrepreneurs are considered. The development of labour productivity over the last twenty years is analyzed, and the tendencies of formation and development of institutional factors and their influence on agricultural entrepreneurship are determined. The classification of institutional factors of labour productivity of an agricultural enterprise is determined. Scientific novelty. Methodological approaches to assessing institutional factors of labour productivity, such as labour legislation, social partnership, labour relations, quality of working life, organizational culture and trade union activities, have been further developed. Practical significance. The given materials of the research conceptually substantiate the economic essence of institutional factors and their systemic interaction on labour productivity as one of the main factors of economic growth.
