Economic evaluation of information activities of enterprises
The purpose of the article is to develop the system of indicators, recommended for evaluation of information activities of enterprises. Research methodology. In the research process have been used such scientific methods: theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, comparison, methods of sequential selection, quantitative diagnostics, optimization methods, morphological analysis. Research results. There have been investigated an essence, tasks (justification of alternative variants of administrative influence, maintenance of the optimal state of functioning of the managing and controlled subsystems of the enterprise, etc.), principles (economic efficiency, target orientation, scientific validity, complexity, system, objectivity, etc.) and studied the tools of economic evaluation of information activities of enterprises. Elements of scientific novelty. The system of indicators for economic evaluation of information activities have been developed (in particular, the effectiveness of personnel provision, information provision of labor, informatics level, level of reliability of information technology, functional completeness of software) and the significant stages of technological operations of enterprises information activities have been highlighted (timeliness of receiving, processing, dissemination of information, compliance with the timeframes of the information provision, level of relevance, level of update information, level of information borrowing, information clutter, level of safekeeping information, etc.). Practical significance. There‘ve been offered an approach that might be useful for enterprises on the purpose of evaluation of information activity efficiency. Its main advantage is the possibility for assessing an average integral indicator, which reflects separate technological operations of information activities of enterprises. Refs.: 11
