Scientific and organizational bases of improving the rural development strategy in terms of Eurointegration
The purpose of the article is to substantiate the scientific and organizational bases of improving the strategy of socioeconomic development of rural areas in terms of Eurointegration on the example of Volyn region. Research methodology. The following methods have been used in the research: abstract and logical, especially the techniques of induction and deduction, analogy and comparison, theoretical generalization of concepts, analysis and synthesis; various techniques of the economic and statistical method. Research results. The article reveals the scientific, organizational and practical bases of improving the strategy of socioeconomic development of rural territories in terms of Eurointegration on the example of Volyn region. There have been discovered that purposeful changes in the most important endogenous factors (economic, ecological, demographic, social, cultural, household, institutional etc.) which determine the level of progress on rural territories and contribute to the formation and development of their economic abilities, consolidation of rural communities on basis of self-organization and self-government and enhancement of the population well-being, must become the indicators of implementing the European model of rural development of the region both in theory and in practice. Elements of scientific novelty. The novelty of research results lies in development and substantiation of the directions of extending the strategic guidelines for a development of Volyn region. The proposed directions will ensure the dynamic growth and obtain sustainable balanced rural development of the region, decreasing the natural and economic asymmetries for providing its stability. It has been proved that one of the directions of development of agriculture and rural territories in Volyn region is adopting the European model as a promising form of agricultural production, and the organization of life of rural population. Practical significance of the solved task lies in the fact that obtained results, formulated conclusions and suggested propositions will contribute to developing the efficient strategies and programs of the socio-economic development of rural territorial communities and ensure the formation and implementation of economic potentials of the researched region in terms of Eurointegration and decentralization of management.
